Geocatalogue source "The Geocatalogue is one of the pillars of the INSPIRE services network established by the state. This central system brings together all the references (known as metadata) on geographical information for which Internet publication is required within the context of the environmental code of the European INSPIRE directive. (…) The INSPIRE directive and the new chapter of the Environmental Code oblige these public authorities to make geographical data and the corresponding metadata accessible to the public by publishing them online."
All of Ifremer's existing geographical data concerning one of the themes of the three annexes of the Inspire directive will be distributed via the national Geocatalogue
Who is this catalogue for?
