Dataset generated following a RNAseq experiment. RNA were extracted in triplicates during late exponential phase for 3 strains of Pseudo-nitzschia australis, 2 strains of P. pungens, and 2 strains of P. fraudulenta in 3 media with contrasting nutrient concentration. Libraries were prepared using Illumina TruSeq stranded mRNA kit. These fastq files correspond to demultiplexed raw PE reads (2x150bp) generated using an Illumina HiSeq3000.
