Statement

The DNA was extrated from all samples following the internal method in MASAE-EM3B. Region V3- V4 of the 16S-RNA gene was amplified with PrimerF CCTACGGGNGGCWGCAG and PrimerR GACTACHVGGGTATCTAATCC. The Illumina MiSeq sequencing was subcontracted to the Microsynth society.
