ATLANTIC_CH08_Product_6 / Maps of Nitrogen and Phosphorus inputs from rivers correlation with Chl a at local scale (Loire-Vilaine estuary) (2005-2014) inherited Product from Challenge 09
Maps of correlation and contribution coefficients between annual p90 of chla (from L4 Copernicus 2005-2014) and inherited products (phosphorus, nitrogen) in the Loire-Vilaine estuary from Challenge 09 (River input). The AMOEBA method is used to performs multidimensional minimization of a function using the downhill simplex method of Nelder and Mead, 1965, Computer Journal, Vol 7, pp 308-313. (ACRI).
Phospate and nitrate concentrations data are being assessed in Challenge 9 along with the same quality requirements.

This EMODnet Atlantic Checkpoint data product (the “Product”) is the result of a “challenge” stress test specified by the call for tenders No MARE/2012/11. The challenge partners ( "the producer") were commissioned to perform a number of tests to evaluate marine data according to set user requirements. This product and any resultant data and metadata produced is a consequence of these tests and provided for interest only. The Product is provided on an “as is” basis, and the producer disclaims any and all warranties, conditions, or representations (express, implied, oral or written), relating to the Product or any part thereof, including, without limitation, any and all implied warranties of quality, performance, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose to the full extent permitted by law. The Producer and the Atlantic Checkpoint partners accept no liability for loss suffered or incurred as a result of reliance on the Product or any output of its use. The Producer shall not be liable for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business or contract, depletion of goodwill or otherwise, in each case whether direct, or indirect or any indirect loss whatsoever (howsoever caused) including loss or damage suffered as a result of an action brought by any person which arise out of or in connection with the use of the Product or inability to use the Product

This EMODnet Atlantic Checkpoint data product is the result of a stress test so called “challenge” specified by the call for tenders No MARE/2014/09 to determine how well the input data from the observing and monitoring systems existing at the sea basin scale fit the user requirements stated by the “challenge” partners to develop it (Data Product Specifications). The information contained in the data products and in the descriptions (metadata) of the input data and of the data products making use of them is believed to be trustworthy. However its completeness, consistency, accuracy and usability cannot be guaranteed. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure its reliability within the limits of present knowledge, no responsibility can be accepted by those involved in its compilation or publication for any consequential loss or damage arising from its use.
