Ocean Colour Atlantic- Iberian Biscay and Irish- Ocean (1.2km) MODIS
For the Atlantic Iberian Biscay and Irish Ocean- This product includes the MODIS derived products from Ifremer covering the continental shelf of the IBI area and the southern North-Sea with a 1.2 km resolution.
The daily Chl L3 MODIS product is derived from MODIS reflectance using methods dedicated to the turbid waters of the IBI-ROOS continental shelf. The coastal waters of the area are highly loaded in suspended maters (SPM) and are typical Case2 waters.
