Diversity of bacterial communities associated with Ostreopsis cf ovata bloom in NW Mediterranean
16S rDNA gene (V3-V4 region) were sequenced within one run using the 2x250 paired-end method on an Illumina MiSeq instrument with a MiSeq Reagent Kit V3 chemistry (Illumina).
