Whole genome sequencing of 28 European flat oysters, Ostrea edulis, sampled across Europe for the FlatTrac project, 2021
The study analyzed 28 complete genomes of the European flat oyster in order to identify the genomic distribution and origin of a signal of genetic parallelism between populations bordering the distibution (North sea and Eastern Mediterranean Sea).

A total of 28 European flat oysters and two outgroups were sequenced (2x150 paired-end) on Illumina NovaSeq6000 after total genomic DNA was extracted from gill tissue using the Macherey Nucleobond HMW kit. |
