Lineage Généalogie |
C. gigas oysters were deposited in 4 oyster basins: La Floride (Marennes Oleron bay), Grahude (Arcachon bay), Rade de Brest and Thau lagoon. During mortality events caused by OsHV-1, the moribund oysters were sampled. A part of the moribund oysters was used to perform DNA extractions (Magattract kit). The extracted DNA was then sequenced using the NovaSeq 6000 technology on the Genome Quebec sequencing platform. (see metadata) |
